A deposit of $75 is required to hold the time-slot for your initial session. The balance may be paid on the day of the session by cash, check, credit card, Venmo or Paypal.

NB: Please fill out "intake forms" prior to your session and email it to me day before your appointment. Intake forms are found under the Consultation tab on website.
